SHIPPING RATES
All orders with a minimum amount of Php 5,000 is free of shipping charge nationwide. For orders that didn’t fall within the Php 5,000 threshold, the following charges apply.

Provincial Php 300

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT
All international shipping cost varies widely on product value and country destination. Shipping costs and the corresponding customs/import duties and taxes are of customer’s responsibility regardless of amount of order.
Payment Policy
Payment options available are Paypal credit, Debit/Credit Card, and COD**.
**COD payment option is only available in the Philippines. Should you refuse a shipment via COD option, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges that was and may be incurred upon return to us. Said charges will be collected by the courier.
Return and Exchange Policy
In a very unlikely circumstance that the item you received is damaged or erroneous, please report it to us by filling up our return/exchange form and send it to us via email. All report for damaged items should be sent to us within 3 days from receipt of item.
All return and exchange undergoes through our standard process that may include correspondences, submission of photos, proofs, and the like. Once reason for return/exchange has been confirmed valid, you will be instructed to return the item to our designated address. We will only be processing the refund upon receipt of the item. Unfortunately, wearyourtiara will not be held liable for parcels that have not been received back. Please allow us 3 working days in processing the refund.
All cost incurred like shipping and bank charges required to process return/exchange and refund will be of customer’s responsibility.
