Do you accept COD?

Yes. You can choose COD payment option upon checkout. Your cash payment will be collected by the courier upon delivery of the item. Make sure you have a representative to receive your package and process payment if you won’t be available.

For any reason that you won’t be receiving the ordered item, you will be charged the corresponding shipping charges by the courier.

COD option is only available to Philippine customers.

Are your products pawnable?

All our gold products are authentic and pawnable. Details of purity is specified in product descriptions.

Details of stones whether precious, semi-precious or non-precious is stated as well.

All our silvers are 92.5% pure. Silvers are non-pawnable.

Do you charge shipping fee?

We do not charge shipping fee for total orders amounting to Php 5,000 and above. This is valid for nationwide deliveries.

How much do you charge for shipping?

Orders below Php 5,000, a shipping fee of Php 200 will be charged to MM area and Php 300 to provincial areas.

Shipping charges for international deliveries varies per country. All import duties and taxes is born by the buyer.

How long will my orders arrive?

All orders are processed for shipping within 24 to 36 hours from time of order. Shipments take 1-3 days within Metro Manila and 3-5 days in provincial areas.

Manufacturing time for custom and made to order products varies from 1-7 days before shipping takes place.

How can I track my order?

Once orders are shipped, tracking number and other shipping details will be provided to you via email.

What if my order shipment is taking longer than usual?

For the seldom event that your shipment is taking longer than usual, you can always contact us directly so we can help you track your shipment. All our shipments are being ensured to fall within standard time.

Do you accept returns and process refunds?

All items requested for refund will be subjected to verification. This may include submission of photos, email correspondence and other means as necessary. Once a valid reason for refund is confirmed, the customer should send to us the item. Refund will be processed once item is received. Corresponding shipping fee will shouldered by the customer.

All request for refund is only valid within 7 days from day of receipt of items.

All custom and made to order products are non-refundable.
